When can I book a ride from Lavish Ride?
Our company is available to work 24/7 including all holidays to provide you the extra hands you need during every season.
When I should book hourly and when should I book distance booking?
Well if you have a specific location in mind that you’d like to go to and then get dropped off there or maybe you want to go from one city to another in style then distance is the way to go but if you don’t have a specific location in mind and you have multiple trips throughout the day and you’ll need our service for an amount of time instead of a location in mind then the hourly service is the way to go.
Can I smoke inside the car?
Smoking is not permitted in vehicles. This includes cigarettes, e-cigarettes, cigars, and any other tobacco or non-tobacco products consumed via smoking to ensure the cleanliness and air quality for our entire guests.
Which payment option do you accept?
We Accept Visa Cards, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and we also accept direct transfers using Zelle (QuickPay ).
Can I bring my pet with me?
Sure, But you have to let us know beforehand in the comment section under notes when you make a booking so we can make special arrangements to accommodate the passenger and pet.

How do we know it’s you?
We will be waiting for you for 60 minutes from the landing time and those sixty minutes will be free of charge.
What is lavish ride's dress code for its chauffeurs?
All of our chauffeurs are professionally dressed; the dress code is a white long sleeve button-down shirt, black tie, black dress pants, black suit jacket and black shoes.
Are drivers talkative?
The chauffeurs are usually not talkative and they will speak to the clients if the client or clients initiate a conversation.
What type of trips does Lavish Ride provide?
Our Chauffeurs will be holding a sign at the airport that has your name on it so no worries.
What if I make a booking and my plane is early or late?
We track your flight so that we can determine the specific pickup time so you wouldn’t have to wait or carry your own luggage.
How do drivers handle luggage?
It Depends on the Customer and his wishes, Our drivers will offer But Some clients prefer privacy when it comes to entering their home

Our Chauffeurs are fully trained to handle any Special needs, from wheelchair transfers to anything a client might need

Cancellations & Refunds
If I cancel a trip will I be fully refunded?
It depends on the situation we’re in and the type of reservation you made.
For point-to-point trips, Cancelations one hour before the driving time to the pickup location.
For hourly service at least 24 hours before the pickup time,
eight-passenger trips (Executive Van) require a cancelation of 7 days prior to the pickup date
Why do we charge you when you cancel too late or when I don’t show up?
When you book a car, the chauffeur starts preparing for the trip and is most likely on his way to your location, and since the chauffeur put in the effort and the time to do, he needs to be compensated for the trip.
