Yes. All Lavish Ride chauffeurs are professionally trained, licensed, and experienced to ensure a safe, reliable, and courteous service.
The chauffeur will contact you once they arrive at the pickup location to inform you of their arrival and assist with coordination if needed.
Pickup details, including vehicle information and chauffeur contact info (Name and phone number), will be shared before your trip.
Chauffeurs do not request gratuities but may accept tips if offered at the customer’s discretion.
Yes. All chauffeurs undergo required background checks in accordance with local and state regulations. This builds trust without oversharing.
Chauffeurs maintain a professional appearance appropriate for a luxury transportation service.
Additional stops may be accommodated depending on the service type and availability and may result in additional charges.
Yes. Chauffeurs will assist with standard luggage during pickup and drop-off.

Cancellations & Refund Policies
For Hourly Transfers, you can receive a refund if you cancel your reservation at least 24 hours before the pickup time.
If your booking is for eight passengers or more, you are eligible for a refund if you cancel at least 7 days before the scheduled pickup date.
For City-to-City Transfers, cancellations made at least 48 hours before the pickup time are eligible for a refund.
To cancel a reservation, sign in to your account and cancel the trip, or contact customer service with your reservation number and name on the booking.
Cancellation terms depend on the service type and notice period. Cancellations made within the allowed time frame may be eligible for a refund. Late cancellations or no-shows may be non-refundable.
You are eligible for a refund if you cancel your Point-to-Point Transfer reservation at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time.
General Information
To create a reservation or check availability, we will ask for a few trip details to ensure accuracy and proper vehicle assignment. These include: Number of passengers Service type (Point-to-Point or Hourly) Preferred vehicle category Pickup location Pickup date and time Drop-off location (Airline, flight number info needed for airport pickup) Any additional requests, such as extra stops, child seats, luggage details, meet and greet or special instructions Once this information is provided, our team will confirm availability and pricing.
You can book by providing your contact details, trip information (passengers, pickup and drop-off locations, date and time), preferred vehicle, and any special requests. Our team or AI assistant will confirm availability and pricing.
We recommend booking as early as possible to ensure availability, especially during peak travel periods, weekends, and special events. Same-day bookings are subject to availability
Our quoted prices are all-inclusive and typically cover the vehicle, chauffeur service, fuel, taxes, and tolls (including EZ TAG). Gratuity is not included unless stated otherwise.
Gratuity is not included. Tipping is optional and at the customer’s discretion.
Payment methods and timing will be shared during booking or upon confirmation of your reservation.
Prices remain fixed as long as the trip details stay the same. Changes such as additional stops, extended hours, or vehicle upgrades may affect the final price.

Yes, we provide transportation to and from airports and cruise ports. Timing and location details will be confirmed during booking.

Point-to-Point service includes a single pickup and drop-off (stops can be added with extra charges). Hourly service provides a vehicle and chauffeur for a set number of hours with flexible stops.

Passenger and luggage capacity depends on the selected vehicle category: Sedans: Up to 3 passengers with up to 2 standard suitcases SUVs: Up to 6 passengers with up to 4 standard suitcases Sprinter Vans: From 8 passengers with up to 8 suitcases Up to 14 passengers with up to 12 suitcases, depending on configuration If you’re unsure which vehicle is best for your group, our team can recommend the most suitable option based on your passenger count and luggage needs.
Yes. Lavish Ride offers city-to-city (intercity) rides across our service areas. You can book intercity transportation for all vehicle types directly through our online booking system on the Lavish Ride website or via the Lavish Ride customer app, which is available on both iOS and Android.
Alcohol is not allowed inside Lavish Ride LLC vehicles.

If your flight changes and you are unable to arrive as scheduled, please contact your chauffeur as soon as possible. If the chauffeur arrives and cannot meet you, the trip will be classified as a no-show and charged in full, in accordance with our policy. If you still require transportation once you arrive, you may contact the chauffeur to continue the service, and your reservation can be converted to an hourly transfer, subject to availability.

For the comfort and safety of all passengers, eating inside our vehicles is not allowed. You may bring drinks, provided they are at a safe temperature and securely sealed to prevent spills or accidents.
Yes, pets and service animals are welcome. Please inform us in advance when making your booking so we can make any necessary arrangements to ensure a comfortable and safe trip for you and your companion.
Lavish Ride occasionally offers coupons and promotional codes to our customers. You may receive them via email, through our social media channels, or during special promotions. To use a coupon, enter the code during the booking process on our website or in the Lavish Ride app (available on iOS and Android) to apply the discount to your ride.
We track flights by the Airline Name and Flight Number you provide while making your reservation. Note: We will consider the scheduled time as the pick-up time if you do not provide or update us with your flight info.
Lavish Ride accepts a variety of convenient payment methods, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. You can also pay via direct transfers using Zelle (QuickPay). Payments can be completed securely through our website, the Lavish Ride app (available on iOS and Android), or directly with your chauffeur.
No. To maintain a clean and comfortable environment for all passengers, smoking is not allowed in any Lavish Ride LLC vehicles.

Eating inside our vehicles is not allowed to maintain cleanliness and comfort. However, for long-distance or hourly trips, you can request a stop at a restaurant along your route, allowing you to enjoy a meal safely before continuing your journey.
Yes, you can extend the waiting time. Please inform us as early as possible so we can confirm vehicle availability. Additional charges will apply based on the length of the extended waiting period.
For hourly transfers, waiting time begins at the customer’s scheduled pickup time and location. For point-to-point transfers, the total waiting time is 30 minutes, with the first 15 minutes complimentary and the next 15 minutes subject to an additional charge depending on the vehicle. For airport transfers, waiting time is up to 60 minutes from your flight’s landing time.
Yes. Lavish Ride offers group transportation with Executive Sprinter Vans for up to 14 passengers or multiple luxury SUVs for smaller groups. Whatever the size, we ensure a comfortable, safe, and elegant trip tailored to your needs.
Yes. Lavish Ride services are available to travelers of all ages. Minors must be accompanied by a parent or guardian throughout the trip to ensure safety and proper supervision.

Our SUVs fit up to 6 average-size luggage with a 45.8 cu ft Cargo Area; meanwhile, our Sedans fit up to 3 average-size luggage with a 15.8 - 18 cu ft Cargo.
We provide children's seats for newborns and for older children up to 8 years old. You can request that by: Open your dashboard. Book your ride as always. Click on “Extra”. Choose “Children’s seats”. Note: You can request 1 to 3 child seats.
