Cancellations & Refunds

In what cases do I get a refund?

If you cancel your reservation 24 hours before the driving time to the pickup location for (Point-to-point transfer). If you cancel your reservation at least 24 hours before the pickup time for (Hourly transfer). If you cancel your reservation at least 7 days before the pick up date for (Trips of eight passengers and above). If you cancel your reservation 48 hours before the pickup for (City-to-City transfer).

We track flights by the Airline Name and Flight Number you provide while making your reservation. Note: We will consider the scheduled time as the pick-up time if you do not provide or update us with your flight info.

What’s the waiting time?

Hourly transfer waiting time begins at the customer’s scheduled pickup time and location. However, for Point-to-point transfer it is 30 minutes total, the first 15 minutes are complimentary, and the second 15 minutes require an extra charge depending on the vehicle used. For the Airport transfer, the waiting time is 60 minutes from the flight landing time.

Does Lavish Ride LLC provide services for groups?

Of course, you can either go for our Executive Sprinter Van for a 14 passengers group or book multiple SUVs to enjoy a comfortable, safe, and elegant trip.

Our services are available to travelers of all ages, provided that guardians or parents accompany minors through their trips.

We provide children's seats for newborns and for older children up to 8 years old. You can request that by: Open your dashboard. Book your ride as always. Click on “Extra”. Choose “Children’s seats”. Note: You can request 1 to 3 child seats.
